- Prepare and monitor daily/weekly/monthly production plans based on customer orders and dispatch requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, Sales, Purchase, Stores, Quality and Maintenance to ensure timely production.
- Plan production considering machine capacity, mould availability, manpower, RM availability and delivery schedules.
- Track production against plan and highlight shortfalls, bottlenecks and delays.
- Monitor RM and packaging material availability to avoid production stoppages.
- Coordinate with Stores/Purchase for timely availability of materials.
- Prepare and maintain production planning, order status, dispatch and MIS reports.
- Monitor WIP and finished goods inventory and ensure optimum stock levels.
- Coordinate with dispatch/logistics teams to meet customer delivery commitments.
- Support capacity planning and machine loading for multiple SKUs/orders.
- Maintain PPC records and provide regular updates to management.

- Candidates from service, trading, logistics, FMCG sales/distribution or non-manufacturing backgrounds should not apply.
- Good knowledge of production planning, inventory, capacity planning and manufacturing processes..
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile Candidates who have worked in PET preform, plastic closure, injection moulding, blow moulding or similar packaging manufacturing plants and understand the relationship between customer orders → production planning → machine/mould capacity → RM availability → production → dispatch will be preferred.
