CTC: ₹15,000- ₹20,000/month during 4 months probation.

Post probation: ₹3–4 LPA, based on performance.

Role Description -

The Post-Sales Operations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for managing and supporting customer relationships after the sale is completed. This position involves coordinating onboarding activities, ensuring smooth delivery of training and internship services, and handling customer inquiries and issues promptly. The executive will monitor service performance, maintain accurate records of customer interactions, and collaborate with sales and training teams to optimize processes and improve client satisfaction.

Daily tasks include follow-ups with clients,



tracking feedback and assisting in retention and upsell initiatives. The role requires a strong focus on operational efficiency, transparent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills to manage client interactions and support needs effectively.
- Candidates should possess Sales Operations and Sales skills to coordinate post-sales processes, support account growth, and align with business objectives.
- Relevant experience in post-sales support, operations, or account management, preferably in education, training, or service-oriented industries.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate cross-functionally with sales, training, and support teams.
- Proficiency in basic office software (such as spreadsheets, presentations) and strong organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
