: PM - Capital Markets & Front Office Risk

Location: Mumbai (Only Mumbai-based candidates)

Experience: 5-8 (Relevant experience in Capital Markets domain)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst with strong exposure to Capital Markets and Front Office Risk projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing end-to-end project delivery while working closely with business stakeholders, risk teams,



and technology functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage project governance activities, including Steering Committees, Working Groups, project plans, status reporting, and stakeholder management .
- Drive project delivery across Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional deliverables.
- Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and resource planning.
- Facilitate communication between Front Office, Risk, and Technology teams.
- Track and manage project activities using JIRA and Confluence .
- Support delivery of strategic initiatives within Capital Markets and Front Office Risk domains.

Required Skills
- Strong experience in Project Management with exposure to Business Analysis activities.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects within Capital Markets .
- Strong understanding of Risk Management processes and Risk Change initiatives .
- Experience working on Front Office Risk projects.
- Expertise in Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence .
- Excellent stakeholder management, governance, and communication skills.

Preferred Experience
- Exposure to investment banking or global markets environments.
- Experience working with Front Office, Risk, Trading, or Market Risk teams.
- Strong understanding of capital markets products and risk frameworks.
