We are looking for experienced PLC Engineers to manage automation and control systems in a manufacturing setup. The role involves troubleshooting PLC-controlled machines, developing and modifying control logic, maintaining automation systems, and keeping production equipment running smoothly.
The candidate should have strong knowledge of PLC programming, SCADA systems, fault diagnosis,
automation controls, and industrial electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and maintain PLC systems, including Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, and
Panasonic
- Solve logical problems across all types of PLC platforms
- Develop and modify ladder logic and control parameters for process improvements
- Work on Studio 5000 and TwinCAT logic
- Diagnose and resolve automation-related machine breakdowns quickly and effectively
- Troubleshoot HMI alarms and resolve the underlying faults
- Work on SCADA systems used in industrial automation
- Ensure proper integration and functioning of sensors, VFDs, HMIs, and field devices
- Handle control panel wiring and perform preventive and predictive maintenance of electrical panels and automation systems
- Monitor machine performance and identify recurring automation issues
- Coordinate with maintenance and production teams for machine restoration and uptime improvement
- Maintain documentation for PLC backups,
parameter changes, and maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards during maintenance activities
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma (Electrical) / BE (EEE) / B.Tech (Electrical)
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in PLC-based machine maintenance and automation in manufacturing industries
Technical Skills Required
1. PLC Programming & Troubleshooting
* Logical problem solving across all PLC types: Siemens, Allen Bradley, and Mitsubishi
- Ladder logic development
- Troubleshooting PLC systems
- Experience with Studio 5000 and TwinCAT logic
1. Electrical Knowledge
* Solid electrical fundamentals
- Control panel wiring
- Troubleshooting HMI alarms
- Understanding of electrical drawings and control circuits
1. SCADA & Automation
* SCADA system experience in the automation sector is mandatory
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting VFDs, sensors, and industrial automation systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in industrial automation projects
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts

A Shift: 12:30 AM to 8:00 AM (during high production requirements)
B Shift: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
C Shift: 4:30 PM to 12:30 AM
