- Manage overall operations of the plant, ensuring effective production planning, execution, and delivery.
- Oversee profit centre operations, including P&L; management, budgeting, and cost control.
- Lead a team of professionals to achieve business objectives through effective leadership and guidance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain high standards of housekeeping.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 19-27 years of experience in manufacturing operations or related field (preferably in sheet metal industry).
- B.Tech degree from a reputed institution (Computers preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven track record of heading profit centres or similar roles with expertise in bending, EBITDA analysis, P&L; management, SBU
- development.
