Role & responsibilities

- Develop and maintain detailed Engineering & construction schedules in coordination with the Project Manager.

- Track daily and weekly project progress against the approved baseline.

- Analyse schedule variances and forecast project completion.

- Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly look-ahead schedules.

- Identify critical path activities, delays, and schedule risks and support recovery plans.

- Coordinate and integrate contractor schedules into the overall master programme.

- Prepare progress dashboards, S-curves, and project analytics.

- Support preparation of monthly progress reports, including physical/financial progress, delays, and corrective actions.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in MS Project/ Primavera P6.

- Good knowledge of baseline management, critical path analysis, S-curve, and Earned Value Management (EVM).





- Experience in integrating multi-discipline contractor programmes.

- Strong analytical, reporting, coordination, and communication skills.

- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and data visualisation.

Preferred candidate profile

- 36 years of experience in construction planning and scheduling.

- Experience in large industrial, EPC, or cleanroom projects will be preferred.

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or Diploma with strong planning experience.

- Primavera P6/ MS Projects certification will be an added advantage.

- Strong analytical ability with attention to detail and the ability to work under project deadlines.
