Placement Officer, Pumo Technovation, Coimbatore

Pumo Technovation trains students and places them into careers across IT/Software, Engineering/Hardware, and Mechanical/Design domains. We're looking for a driven Placement Officer to build employer relationships and connect our trained students with the right job opportunities. Freshers with robust communication skills and a drive to learn are welcome, and training will be provided.

In this role, you will reach out to IT and engineering companies in Coimbatore to generate job openings, build long-term relationships with HR teams and recruiters, and coordinate campus drives, interviews, and walk-ins. You will match student profiles to suitable openings, prepare students for interviews through resume building, aptitude training, mock interviews, and soft skills, and maintain placement records, company databases, and monthly placement reports while meeting monthly placement targets.





We are looking for candidates with an MBA (HR/Marketing) or any relevant degree. Freshers are welcome, and experienced candidates with 1-3 years in placements, recruitment, or business development are also encouraged to apply. You should have excellent communication in English and Tamil, good networking and negotiation skills, proficiency in MS Office and LinkedIn, and be comfortable with field visits and company outreach.

Internship or project experience in HR, recruitment, or sales, and existing contacts with Coimbatore IT/engineering firms are a plus.

Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu (On-site). Employment Type: Full-time. Salary: As per experience and industry standards.
