JD Planner

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain project/service schedules and manpower deployment plans.

Coordinate with sales, operations, engineering, procurement, and service teams for effective execution planning.

- Develop shutdown, maintenance, and project execution plans in line with customer requirements.
- Monitor schedule adherence and proactively identify potential delays and bottlenecks.
- Track resource availability, manpower allocation, tools, and material readiness.
- Coordinate with customers regarding execution schedules, shutdown windows, and site access requirements.
- Generate periodic planning reports, dashboards, and KPI reviews.
- Ensure timely closure of activities and update progress in ERP/ bFS planning systems.
- Support forecasting of workload, capacity planning, and resource optimization.
- Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and scheduling efficiency.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or equivalent like BAF, BBI etc.

Experience

- 2-5 years of experience in planning, scheduling, project coordination, Service operations or in Finance team.
- Experience with shutdown planning and maintenance scheduling is preferred.

Skills Required

- Proficiency in SAP, MS Office like Outlook, Excel, Work and addon can be bFO.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
