We are looking for an experienced Plant Head to take complete responsibility for our high-capacity beverage manufacturing plant with large-scale production and storage operations .

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete plant operations & production planning
- Production target & capacity utilization
- Filling, blowing & packaging operations
- Quality, hygiene & food-safety compliance
- Plant machinery & preventive maintenance
- RO/WTP, utilities & electrical systems
- Warehouse, inventory & storage management
- Manpower & shift management
- Cost, wastage & efficiency control
- Safety & statutory compliance
- Production-to-dispatch coordination

Preferred Background: Beverage / Packaged Drinking Water / FMCG / Food Processing / High-volume manufacturing.

Qualification: Bachelor's / Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. or equivalent.
