Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physics Teacher (CBSE) role based in Noida. The faculty member will teach Physics to CBSE students (Classes 9–12), plan and deliver concept-focused lessons, and design practice sheets, assignments, and tests aligned with the CBSE syllabus and exam patterns. Daily responsibilities include explaining theoretical concepts clearly, solving numerical problems, conducting doubt-clearing sessions, and providing individualized academic support where needed.

The role also involves monitoring student performance, offering feedback to learners and guardians, and contributing to test series, assessments,



and academic planning. The faculty member will collaborate with colleagues to maintain high teaching standards and support the institute’s holistic approach to student development.

Qualifications

- Solid subject expertise in Physics and Theoretical Physics, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, structured manner.
- Competence in Physics Education and Mathematics to design effective lessons, numerical problem sets, and exam-oriented practice.
- Exposure to related domains such as Astronomy that can enrich classroom discussions and student interest in the physical sciences.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics or a closely related discipline; a degree in Education or B.Ed. with science specialization is an advantage.
- Prior teaching or coaching experience with CBSE curriculum, ideally at classes 9–12 level, and familiarity with board exam requirements.
- Ability to manage classroom dynamics, provide one-on-one mentoring, and use assessments to track and improve student performance.
