Role Description This is a full-time remote role focused on teaching Phonics and Public Speaking to working professionals and younger kids in domestic locations. The educator will plan and deliver interactive online sessions that build foundational phonics skills for children and enhance communication and presentation skills for adults. Daily responsibilities include designing age-appropriate lesson plans, conducting live classes, monitoring learner progress, and providing constructive feedback to support skill development.

The role also involves maintaining detailed class records, collaborating with the academic team to refine curriculum content,



and engaging with learners and families in a professional, supportive manner. The educator will be expected to uphold high standards of teaching quality and contribute to a positive, inclusive online learning environment.

Qualifications

- Robust instructional skills in phonics, literacy, and language development for younger kids.
- Demonstrated ability to teach public speaking, presentation skills, and effective communication to working professionals.
- Experience with online teaching platforms, digital classroom tools, and basic educational technology.
- Excellent spoken and written English, with clear articulation and engaging classroom delivery.
- Ability to design structured lesson plans, adapt teaching methods to diverse learners, and assess progress systematically.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Communication, or a related field; teaching certifications or training in phonics or public speaking are an advantage.
- Prior experience working with children and adult learners, preferably in an online or blended learning environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a learner-centric approach, with the ability to work independently and manage a full-time remote schedule.
