Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Phonics & Public Speaking Expert supporting working professionals and younger kids in the Indian region (domestic). In this position, the educator will design and deliver interactive online sessions focused on phonics, pronunciation, voice modulation, and structured public speaking skills.

Responsibilities include creating age-appropriate and learner-level-appropriate lesson plans, conducting live classes, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback and guidance. The role also involves developing engaging activities and practice materials, collaborating with the academic team to refine curriculum,



and maintaining clear communication with learners and caregivers when relevant. The expert is expected to use digital platforms effectively, ensure a supportive and inclusive online learning environment, and continuously update teaching techniques based on learner needs and best practices.

Qualifications

- Solid expertise in phonics, pronunciation, and spoken English suitable for younger kids and adult working professionals.
- Demonstrated experience in public speaking coaching, including speech structure, voice modulation, stage presence, and confidence-building.
- Proficiency in online teaching tools, learning management systems, and virtual classroom platforms.
- Ability to design clear, engaging lesson plans and learning activities tailored to different age groups and proficiency levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a learner-centered, inclusive, and culturally sensitive approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Communication, or related field; specialized training in phonics or public speaking is an advantage.
- Prior experience teaching in the Indian education context or with Indian learners is preferred.
- Reliable internet connectivity and a suitable remote working setup.
