Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based at the pharma manufacturing facility in the Palghar area near Mumbai.

The Plant

Engineering – Projects professional will lead and execute engineering projects in Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) and injectable manufacturing, including planning, installation, and commissioning of equipment and systems. Daily responsibilities include managing CAPEX projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, overseeing HVAC and utilities operations, and ensuring compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements. The role involves monitoring project timelines and budgets, troubleshooting technical issues in manufacturing infrastructure,



and supporting continuous improvement in plant reliability and efficiency.

The position also requires preparing and maintaining documentation, technical reports, and validation records related to engineering projects.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, and coordination of CAPEX and engineering initiatives.
- Candidates should possess Manufacturing Engineering and Mechanical Engineering skills relevant to pharma plant operations, equipment installation, and maintenance.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication and Analytical Skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and regulatory stakeholders.
- Sound knowledge of GMP, HVAC systems, utilities (such as purified water, compressed air, and clean steam), and pharma facility design is highly beneficial.
- 7+ years of experience in pharma plant engineering or projects, preferably in OSD and injectables manufacturing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience with validation, qualification, and documentation practices in regulated environments.
- Ability to work on-site in the Palghar (Mumbai) region and manage multiple projects with attention to safety and compliance.
