Role Description The Pharma Research Associate role at Sanmour is a full-time, on-site position based in Thane. The role involves supporting development and optimization of pharmaceutical formulations and processes, including experimental design, lab work, and documentation under the guidance of senior scientists.

The Pharma Research

Associate will assist in generating and analyzing data, preparing technical reports, and contributing to regulatory and quality documentation related to R&D; projects.



Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external partners, maintaining laboratory records and compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and helping track project timelines and deliverables. The role also requires active participation in discussions on product viability, technical feasibility, and continuous improvement of research methodologies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Candidates should possess experience or understanding in Pharmaceutical Sales and Sales to support project discussions related to market needs and product positioning.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Pharmacy, pharmacology, or related pharmaceutical sciences to contribute to research and process development activities.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical, documentation, and data interpretation skills to support experimental work and reporting.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field are preferred.
- Attention to detail, familiarity with regulatory and quality requirements, and the ability to work on-site in a laboratory environment are beneficial.
- Prior experience in pharma R&D;, clinical research, or process development will be an advantage.
