Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Hindi lessons aligned with the IGCSE curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching resources, worksheets, and assessments.
- Create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitor and assess students’ academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare students for IGCSE Hindi examinations.
- Identify individual learning needs and provide appropriate academic support.
- Maintain student academic records and assessment data.
- Collaborate with coordinators, colleagues, and parents to support student development.
- Participate in school events, meetings, career development programmes, and co-curricular activities.
- Use innovative and technology-enabled teaching strategies to enhance learning.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Postgraduate degree in Hindi / Hindi Literature or a relevant discipline.
- 2–3 years of teaching experience, preferably in an international school or IGCSE environment.
- Strong command of Hindi language, grammar, and literature.
- Knowledge of the IGCSE curriculum and assessment practices will be an advantage.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Good proficiency in English.
- Passion for teaching and commitment to student development.
- Willingness to contribute to the wider school community.
