Job Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta & Google Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance, leads, conversions, and ROI.
- Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
- Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Manage ad budgets and ensure campaigns meet business objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest paid marketing trends and platform updates.

Requirements: - 1–3 years of experience in Performance/Paid Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
- Valuable understanding of CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion tracking.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
