WE ARE HIRING | PERFORMANCE MARKETING SPECIALIST

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to lead and optimize digital advertising campaigns with a strong focus on lead generation, customer acquisition, conversion, and measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and manage digital campaigns aligned with business and revenue objectives.
- Drive high-quality leads and improve conversion rates through effective targeting, campaign optimization, and funnel management.
- Monitor key performance metrics including CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, and campaign ROI.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, keyword research, and market analysis.
- Develop and implement remarketing, retargeting, and lead-nurturing campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
- Coordinate with creative and content teams to develop performance-focused marketing assets.
- Implement and monitor tracking, pixels, conversion events, UTM parameters, and analytics.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively while maximizing campaign efficiency and ROI.
- Prepare regular performance reports, identify trends,



and provide actionable recommendations.
- Continuously evaluate new platforms, tools, and digital acquisition opportunities.

Candidate Profile
- relevant experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Good understanding of paid media, lead-generation funnels, conversion optimization, and digital analytics.
- Robust analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to independently manage campaigns, budgets, reporting, and optimization.
- Strong understanding of marketing metrics and ROI-driven campaign management.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in events, entertainment, experiential marketing, exhibitions, IPs, or creative businesses will be an advantage.
