About The Opportunity A dynamic growth-stage D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) marketing consultancy operating across India, we partner with iconic consumer brands to scale performance marketing, build social-first audiences, and convert engagement into measurable revenue. Our team blends creative storytelling with data-driven execution—optimizing channels from Meta/Instagram to TikTok/YouTube, while architecting scalable campaign flywheels for fast-growth verticals.

Role &

- Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end performance campaigns: plan, execute, optimize, and report on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads with a focus on ROAS &
- CAC efficiency.
- Build and manage social media content calendars & creative strategies for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok—tailored to Gen Z and millennial audiences.
- Collaborate with influencers and UGC creators to amplify brand reach, track ROI via promo codes and UTM funnels.
- Analyze funnel performance using Facebook Pixel, GA4, and MMPs; recommend bid, audience, and creative optimizations weekly.




- Leverage A/B testing & creative experimentation to refine messaging, CTAs, and landing pages for conversion lift.
- Provide real-time performance dashboards to clients and internal stakeholders using Looker Studio or Power BI.
