ABOUT THE COMPANY

Hiring for a premium men’s accessories brand, creating distinctive pieces for festive, wedding and occasion wear. We are looking for a commercially sharp Performance Marketing Specialist to grow website revenue, improve customer experience and build a high-performing direct-to-consumer business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Own day-to-day growth of the website, with accountability for revenue, conversion rate, average order value, repeat purchase and profitability.

· Plan and execute the website trading calendar for product launches, festive and wedding seasons, sale events, offers, bundles and gifting campaigns.

· Work thoroughly to build website-focused acquisition, retargeting and remarketing plans; monitor ROAS, CAC, MER, conversion and revenue daily.

· Improve website conversion through product merchandising, collection pages, navigation, product-page content, recommendations, checkout flow and landing pages.

· Coordinate with creative and content teams on campaign briefs, banners, product imagery, copy, email, WhatsApp and on-site communication.

· Analyse customer journeys, website behaviour, funnel drop-offs and product performance to identify actionable growth opportunities.





· Partner with catalogue, inventory, operations and customer-support teams to maintain accurate product information, availability, pricing and a strong customer experience.

· Prepare weekly and monthly DTC performance reports with insights, actions taken and next-step growth plans.

DESIRED PROFILE

· 3–5 years of hands-on DTC or e-commerce growth experience, ideally with a fashion, accessories, lifestyle or premium consumer brand.

· Strong understanding of Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM and website merchandising tools.

· Proven ability to grow online revenue while improving conversion rate, average order value, repeat purchase and advertising efficiency.

· Solid analytical skills with advanced Excel or Google Sheets capability and confidence working with website and customer data.

· Commercial understanding of margins, discounting, inventory, promotions, customer acquisition and retention.

· Proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable owning outcomes in a fast-paced growth environment.
