- Key Responsibilities

- - - Own end-to-end digital marketing and day-to-day digital operations.

- - Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Meta and other relevant channels.

- - Manage campaign budgets, targeting, creatives, optimization and scaling.

- - Drive measurable customer acquisition, conversion and ROI.

- - Monitor key performance metrics including CPA, CPL, ROAS, conversion rate and revenue.

- - Coordinate website/app, CRM, creative, content and customer-support functions.

- - Plan and execute promotions, campaigns and marketing initiatives.

- - Identify operational issues, implement solutions and continuously improve processes.

- - Manage internal teams and external partners to ensure timely execution.

- - Prepare management reports, performance insights and growth recommendations.

- - Ensure campaigns and operations follow applicable platform policies and internal compliance requirements.

- - Take ownership of overall digital performance, operational efficiency and growth targets.
