We’re looking for a results-driven performance marketer with proven experience generating leads for EdTech companies, colleges, universities, or higher-education programmes.

YOUR ROLE

You will plan, execute, and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to generate qualified student enquiries and support our counselling team in converting those enquiries into applications and admissions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•⁠ ⁠Manage lead-generation campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.

•⁠ ⁠Develop campaign strategies for different courses, institutions, locations, and admission cycles.

•⁠ ⁠Conduct keyword research, audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.

•⁠ ⁠Build and optimise Google Search campaigns, Meta Lead Ads, website conversion campaigns, and remarketing campaigns.

•⁠ ⁠Test ad copy, creatives, lead forms, landing pages, and audience segments to improve results.

•⁠ ⁠Track cost per lead, qualified lead rate, cost per application, and admission conversion.

•⁠ ⁠Work closely with counsellors and admissions teams to understand lead quality and improve targeting.

•⁠ ⁠Monitor budgets, reduce wasted spend, and scale campaigns that deliver consistent results.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate conversion tracking using tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.

•⁠ ⁠Prepare clear daily,



weekly, and monthly reports with actionable recommendations.

MANDATORY EXPERIENCE

✅ Hands-on experience managing both Google Ads and Meta Ads.

✅ Proven experience generating leads for EdTech or higher education.

✅ Understanding of student recruitment, counselling funnels, and admission-focused campaigns.

✅ Ability to evaluate lead quality beyond clicks and low CPL.

✅ Strong analytical skills and confidence in managing campaign budgets.

✅ Ability to explain campaign results with clear performance data.

YOU’LL STAND OUT IF YOU HAVE

•⁠ ⁠Experience promoting MBA/PGDM, B.Tech, UG, PG, or other higher-education programmes.

•⁠ ⁠Experience connecting advertising campaigns with a CRM and tracking leads through to applications or admissions.

•⁠ ⁠Strong landing-page optimisation and creative-testing skills.

•⁠ ⁠Experience managing campaigns across multiple cities and institutions.
