Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketing Intern role focused mainly on Meta Ads, located in Kolkata. The intern will assist in planning, launching, and optimizing Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns to meet client performance goals. Daily responsibilities include monitoring campaign metrics, analyzing performance data, preparing reports, and suggesting data-backed improvements.
The role involves supporting A/B testing, audience segmentation, and budget allocation,
as well as coordinating with internal teams to align ad creatives and messaging with overall brand strategies. The intern will also stay updated on platform best practices, policies, and trends to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis abilities for interpreting campaign metrics and identifying optimization opportunities.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to collaborate with team members and present performance insights clearly.
- Candidates should possess foundational Performance Management and Performance Testing skills to support campaign optimization and A/B experiments.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager and social media advertising concepts is highly beneficial.
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
- Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and comfort working with spreadsheets and reporting tools are important.
- Prior internship or project experience in digital marketing or paid advertising is a plus.
