Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a robust understanding of campaign performance and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, set up, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

- Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns to improve ROI, ROAS, CPL, CTR, and conversions.

- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.

- Create and manage search, display, remarketing, and lead-generation campaigns.

- Track conversions and analyze campaign data using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager,



and platform dashboards.

- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.

- Coordinate with the SEO, Social Media, Content, and Design teams for campaign requirements.

- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and reduce unnecessary ad spend.

- Conduct A/B testing of ads, audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies.

- Stay updated with changes in Google Ads, Meta Ads, tracking, and paid-media trends.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
