Bhawani Fitness is a wellness and yoga brand focused on fertility, women’s health, lifestyle management, and holistic wellness. We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Executive who can manage campaigns, optimize acquisition, and contribute to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid marketing campaigns.
- Develop performance marketing strategies for lead generation, conversions, and customer acquisition.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets, audiences, creatives, placements, and bidding strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, audiences, landing pages, and offers.
- Track and analyze campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports.
- Coordinate with the sales team to understand lead quality, conversion rates, and revenue generated.
- Identify high-performing campaigns and scale them while controlling acquisition costs.
- Analyze the complete customer journey: Ad → Landing Page → Lead → Consultation → Sale.
- Create, edit, and optimize high-converting landing pages for lead generation and sales.
- Improve landing-page CTR, conversion rate, bounce rate, and overall user experience.
- Implement and monitor tracking through Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Conversion API.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify new growth opportunities.
- Work closely with the creative and content team to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of the performance marketing funnel: TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
- Understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, lookalike audiences, remarketing, and funnel optimization.
- Ability to create and optimize high-converting landing pages using WordPress, Elementor, Shopify, Unbounce, or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Conversion API.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for campaign analysis and reporting.
- Understanding of marketing creatives, ad copy, hooks, and conversion-focused messaging.
- Ability to work closely with sales and creative teams.

Preferred

- Experience in health, wellness, fitness, fertility, healthcare, or D2C brands.
- Experience managing lead-generation campaigns with high monthly ad spends.
- Understanding of CRM and lead tracking systems.
- Experience optimizing campaigns based on actual sales/revenue rather than only leads.
