About the role

Invoreg AI is a Malta-based fintech startup building AI that reads supplier invoices, bank statements and other business documents, codes them line by line, and posts them straight into accounting software. Bank reconciliation is already live. The product is live and we're scaling distribution across Europe, the UK and beyond. Our goal is to build a growth engine that keeps selling Invoreg to accounting firms and businesses in many markets, not just one country.

You'll run that engine across paid search and social, outbound email, LinkedIn, software marketplaces and partner channels, turning a large prospect database and paid traffic into booked demos and paying customers.

The role also involves frequent cross-brand shifts. You'll plan and run growth campaigns for our sister brands as well: a 3D printing e-commerce store, an NFC business card brand and an overseas recruitment business. Each has a different audience, market and funnel (B2B SaaS, D2C e-commerce, and candidate and employer acquisition), so you'll need to switch context quickly and prioritise clearly.

What you'll do

- Paid ads: run Google Ads across the EU and UK for Invoreg, plus LinkedIn and Meta where they make sense. You'll own keyword research, campaign structure, ad copy, landing page tests and weekly optimisation against cost per demo.
- Outbound: run disciplined cold email from a large European company database, with a focus on prospect prioritisation, sequences, deliverability, consent rules by country, and reply handling.
- LinkedIn: run outreach sequences and support the company page and founder content calendar.
- Distribution:



list and optimise Invoreg on accounting-software marketplaces and review sites (G2, Capterra and similar), recruit resellers and referral partners, and identify finance and accounting influencers for collaborations.
- Measurement: maintain GA4, Search Console, conversion events, UTMs and a weekly dashboard of leads, demos, cost per demo and channel ROI.
- Cross-brand campaigns: run e-commerce performance campaigns (Meta and Google Shopping) for the 3D printing store, lead generation for NFC cards, and candidate and employer campaigns for recruitment, as priorities shift.

- Fully remote work with flexible schedule, plus overlap with European business hours for campaign launches and calls.

Must have

- 1–3 years in performance or growth marketing, ideally covering both B2B and e-commerce.
- Hands-on experience running Google Ads, plus at least one of Meta Ads or LinkedIn Ads.
- Experience running cold email at volume, and an understanding of deliverability.
- Comfort with spreadsheets, GA4 and funnel maths (CAC, conversion rates, ROAS).
- Clear written English for European business audiences.
- Ability to juggle several brands and campaigns in the same week without dropping balls.

Nice to have

- Awareness of GDPR and EU/UK email consent rules.
- Experience with SaaS marketplaces, review sites, or partner and affiliate programmes.
- Experience with Shopify or WooCommerce ads (Google Shopping, Meta catalogue).
- Familiarity with accounting or fintech buyers.

How we measure success: Qualified Invoreg demos and customers per month, cost per demo, ROAS on e-commerce, new distribution partners and listings, and on-time launches across brands.
