Position: Manager – Performance Management

Experience: 4–8 Years

Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR preferred

Key Responsibilities

· Design, implement, and manage the organization’s Performance Management System (PMS).

· Develop and align KRAs (Key Result Areas) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) with organizational and departmental objectives.

· Work with business and functional heads to establish SMART goals and performance targets.

· Coordinate the complete performance appraisal and review cycle.

· Develop performance measurement frameworks for different functions and job roles.

· Monitor employee performance against defined KRAs and KPIs.

· Provide guidance to managers on goal setting, performance evaluation, ratings, and feedback.

· Analyze performance data and prepare performance dashboards and management reports.

· Identify performance gaps and coordinate with HR/business teams to develop improvement plans.

· Support Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) for employees requiring performance enhancement.

· Ensure consistency and fairness in performance evaluation processes.





· Conduct calibration discussions and support managers in maintaining rating consistency.

· Track and analyze performance trends to identify areas for employee development.

· Coordinate with L&D; teams to link performance gaps with training and development interventions.

· Continuously review and improve the PMS framework based on business requirements.

Required Skills

· Strong knowledge of KRA & KPI setting and measurement.

· Expertise in Performance Management Systems (PMS).

· Knowledge of goal setting and performance appraisal processes.

· Experience in designing KPIs/KRAs for different functions and roles.

· Strong understanding of SMART goals and performance metrics.

· Experience in handling performance reviews, ratings, calibration, and PIPs.

· Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

· Good knowledge of office tools and HRMS/PMS tools.

· Ability to work with across the different levels of hierarchy

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
