We are hiring: Performance Marketer The Chalk Story | HSR Layout, Bengaluru | Full time, on-site | Immediate joiners The Chalk Story is a brand and admissions consultancy for the education sector. We are looking for a senior performance marketer to own paid lead generation for our clients.
The role
- Run 5 to 7 client ad accounts and manage about ₹10 crore in ad funds
- Set a target cost per lead and a lead plan with each client, and deliver against both
- Work with counselling teams and the CRM to track which leads actually fit
What you bring
- 10 years in performance marketing; education sector experience preferred
- Campaign strategy, audience targeting and budget pacing across multiple accounts
- Conversion tracking, funnel analysis and A/B testing

Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads,
LinkedIn Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and Conversions API, LeadSquared / Meritto / ExtraaEdge, Looker Studio
How you will be measured (reviewed weekly)
- Lead volume: at least 90% of planned leads on every account
- Cost: cost per lead at or below target on at least 80% of accounts
- Lead quality: at least 30% of leads match all three of Product, Place and Price To apply
