RINESSA is a luxury fashion house, and we are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale RINESSA’s digital customer acquisition across India and international markets.

This is a full time, on-site Performance Marketing Manager role based in Noida. The Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimisng digital marketing campaigns across channels such as search, social, display, and affiliates to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Qualifications

- 3–5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, ideally within fashion, luxury, beauty or premium D2C/e-commerce - Prior experience in a similar role within a high-growth or digitally focused organization is preferred.
- Proven experience in CAC and ROAS growth
- Strong experience in performance marketing, including planning and managing campaigns across paid search, paid social, and display channels.
- Strong practical experience managing Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads and understand SEO.
- Proven experience generating online purchases — not simply leads, reach or engagement.




- Strong understanding of Shopify/e-commerce funnels, GA4, Pixel/CAPI attribution and Whatsapp APIs.
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, build dashboards or reports, and make evidence-based recommendations.
- Experience in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and funnel analysis to maximize ROI and campaign efficiency.
- Ability to analyse campaign performance at campaign, ad set, creative, audience, geography and SKU/product level - colloboration with the Creative Manager.
- Strong creative judgement: able to explain why one campaign visual, hook or product proposition is outperforming another.
- Prepare regular performance reports, identify growth opportunities, and recommend data-backed improvements to campaigns and funnels.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Brand Manager, Production Manager, Operations Manager and Design Team), communicate clearly, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
