Role Overview

We are looking for a

Performance Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns across

Google Ads and Meta Ads

. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and monitoring digital advertising campaigns to generate quality leads, conversions, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and manage

Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube.

- Manage and optimize

Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.

- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.

- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.

- Optimize campaigns regularly to improve performance and ROI.

- Create and test different ad copies, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.

- Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.

- Coordinate with content/design teams for ad creatives and marketing campaigns.

- Identify opportunities to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and overall campaign efficiency.





- Stay updated with the latest trends, updates, and best practices in paid advertising.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in

Performance Marketing / Paid Advertising

.

- Strong practical experience with

Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager

.

- Good understanding of lead generation, conversion campaigns, retargeting, and remarketing.

- Experience with

Google Analytics / GA4 and Google Tag Manager will be an advantage.

- Strong analytical and data-driven approach.

- Ability to manage advertising budgets and optimize campaigns based on performance.

- Good understanding of digital marketing metrics such as

CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, Conversion Rate, and ROAS

.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in a digital marketing agency or performance marketing setting will be preferred.

- Candidates with proven experience in managing paid campaigns and achieving measurable results will be highly preferred.
