About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processing, attendance, leave, and employee records. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in payroll operations and a robust understanding of statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage monthly payroll processing accurately and on time.
- Handle employee attendance, leave, late marks, and loss of pay (LOP) calculations.
- Maintain and update employee payroll and attendance records.
- Coordinate with employees and internal teams for payroll-related queries.
- Process new joiners, exits, salary revisions, incentives, deductions, and settlements.
- Ensure accurate calculation of salary components,



deductions, and reimbursements.
- Handle payroll-related documentation and reports.
- Support statutory payroll activities such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.
- Prepare monthly payroll and attendance reports for management.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee salary and personal information.
- Assist with full & final settlement and exit-related payroll activities.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in Payroll / HR Operations.
- Hands-on experience in attendance and payroll processing.
- Good understanding of payroll calculations and statutory compliance.
- Working knowledge of PF, ESI, PT, TDS and other applicable deductions.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle payroll data with complete confidentiality.

Preferred

- Experience working with HRMS/Payroll software.
- Experience handling payroll for a mid-sized or rapid-growing organization.
