PAYROLL EXECUTIVE – URGENT HIRING

Location: Moti Nagar, New Delhi

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Executive with hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll processing and statutory compliance. The candidate must have practical experience handling EPF and ESI challans and return filing along with payroll-related documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage monthly payroll processing for employees.
- Maintain and verify employee salary and payroll records.
- Collect and check attendance, leave and overtime data.
- Calculate salaries, deductions, incentives and other payroll components.
- Prepare and process EPF and ESI challans.
- Handle EPF and ESI return filing and maintain related records.
- Ensure timely deposit and compliance of statutory deductions.
- Handle payroll-related employee queries.
- Prepare payroll reports and salary-related MIS.
- Coordinate with HR and Accounts teams for payroll processing.
- Maintain accurate payroll and statutory compliance records.
- Support payroll audits and provide required documentation.
- Ensure timely and accurate salary processing.

Mandatory Requirements




- 2–5 years of experience in Payroll / Salary Processing.
- Hands-on experience in EPF and ESI challan preparation and payment.
- Experience in EPF and ESI return filing is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of payroll calculations and statutory compliance.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Knowledge of PF, ESI, PT and TDS.
- Experience with payroll software/HRMS will be an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate must have practical experience in end-to-end payroll processing, salary calculations, attendance and leave management, EPF/ESI challans, EPF/ESI return filing and payroll MIS. Candidates without hands-on EPF & ESI challan and return filing experience will not be considered.
