( Voice Process -Night Shift) :-

Key Responsibilities

- Billing and Financial Inquiries: Explaining medical statements, itemized bills, and patient liability (copays, coinsurance, and deductibles) following insurance adjudication.
- Payment Negotiation & Collections: Setting up compliant payment plans, taking secure credit card payments over the phone, and offering financial assistance or charity care program info.
- Appointment Management: Handling scheduling, cancellations, rescheduling, and providing pre-visit instructions (e.g., fasting requirements, arrival times).
- Insurance Navigation: Helping patients understand why a claim was denied, explaining explanation of advantages (EOBs), and guiding them on how to coordinate with their insurance provider.
- Data Verification: Updating demographic information, emergency contacts,



and active insurance coverage details within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) or Practice Management (PM) system.

Salary: Based on Performance & Experienced Exp : Min 1 year Required

Joining: Immediate Joiner / Maximum 10 days

Work from office only
