Job Purpose To provide basic clinical and paramedical support, assist in patient care, sample collection, and center activities while maintaining safety and required clinical procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide basic patient assessment and paramedical support as per the assigned scope and clinical instructions.
- Record vitals and assist doctors/nurses during consultations and basic procedures.
- Collect, label, handle, and transfer patient samples as per prescribed procedures.
- Support diagnostic activities and coordinate sample dispatch with the laboratory team.
- Assist with basic emergency/first-aid support and promptly escalate abnormal findings or emergencies.
- Maintain availability and proper use of clinical equipment, medicines, and consumables assigned to the role.
- Follow infection control,
hygiene, biomedical waste, and patient safety procedures.
