Job Summary

Naad Wellness is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Therapist to provide high-quality wellness therapies to our guests. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of Ayurveda, Naturopathy, or Wellness Therapies, be passionate about holistic healing, and deliver treatments in accordance with prescribed therapy protocols under the guidance of doctors and wellness experts.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform Ayurveda, Naturopathy, and wellness therapies as prescribed by the consulting doctor and according to established treatment protocols.
- Ensure all therapies are delivered in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), hygiene standards, and NABH guidelines.
- Prepare therapy rooms, treatment materials, and equipment before each session.
- Maintain a calm, professional, and healing environment for guests throughout their wellness journey.
- Monitor guest comfort during therapy sessions and immediately report any concerns to the concerned doctor.
- Educate guests on therapy procedures and provide appropriate pre- and post-treatment guidance.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and update therapy progress as required.
- Coordinate effectively with doctors, yoga instructors, nutritionists, and other departments to ensure seamless guest care.
- Ensure proper sanitation, cleanliness, and maintenance of therapy rooms, linens, and equipment.
- Follow all infection control, safety,



and operational protocols.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold the highest standards of professionalism while interacting with guests.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of Ayurveda therapies, Naturopathy treatments, or Wellness Therapies.
- Excellent guest handling and communication skills.
- Pleasant personality with a caring, empathetic, and service-oriented approach.
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary wellness environment.
- Understanding of hygiene, safety, and SOP-based treatment delivery.
- Positive interpersonal skills and a positive team attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays as per operational requirements.

Qualifications
- Diploma, Certification, or Degree in Ayurveda Therapy, Naturopathy, Panchakarma Therapy, Spa & Wellness Therapy, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in a wellness center, hospital, Ayurveda center, naturopathy center, or luxury wellness retreat.
- Freshers with relevant certifications and strong practical skills may also be considered.

Preferred Candidate
- Experience in luxury wellness resorts or holistic healthcare centers will be an added advantage.
- Passionate about holistic wellness, guest care, and natural healing practices.
