Role Description The Packing Incharge for Cosmetic Industry at AGOrganica is a full time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for overseeing daily packing operations, ensuring products are packed accurately, safely, and in line with quality standards and client specifications.

The Packing

Incharge coordinates with production and quality teams to manage packing schedules, allocate workforce, and maintain required inventories of packaging materials. Day-to-day tasks include supervising packing staff, monitoring line efficiency,



checking labels and batch details, and ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and cosmetic industry regulations. The role also involves tracking output, maintaining packing records, identifying process improvements, and supporting timely dispatch of finished goods.

Qualifications

- Strong experience in supervising packing operations in cosmetics, FMCG, or related manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of cosmetic product packaging standards, quality checks, labeling requirements, and batch documentation.
- Skills in workforce management, shift planning, and coordination with production, quality, and warehouse teams.
- Ability to monitor inventory of packaging materials and coordinate timely replenishment to avoid line stoppages.
- Understanding of hygiene, safety, and regulatory compliance applicable to cosmetic and personal care products.
- Proficiency in maintaining basic operational reports, packing records, and using MS Office or ERP tools as required.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work under production deadlines.
- Prior experience in cosmetic industry packing or similar manufacturing sector preferred.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in science, engineering, or related field.
- Ability to communicate clearly with team members and management, and to follow SOPs and work instructions.
