About the Role

CoachX.Live is looking for a Paid Ads & Performance Marketing Expert who can independently manage, optimize and scale paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google and LinkedIn .

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in lead generation, funnel optimization, campaign scaling and performance marketing , with a clear focus on generating quality leads, admissions and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch and manage Meta, Google and LinkedIn paid campaigns .
- Manage complete paid marketing funnels from lead generation to conversion .
- Optimize campaigns based on CPL, CPA, conversion rate, CAC and ROAS .
- Conduct audience research, targeting, retargeting and competitor analysis.
- Test different ad creatives, copies, audiences and campaign structures .
- Work closely with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives and videos.
- Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve lead quality and conversion.




- Track and report campaign performance, budgets and revenue contribution.
- Use ChatGPT and AI tools for ad copy, campaign research, creative ideas, analysis and marketing automation.
- Continuously experiment with new strategies to improve lead quality, admissions and overall marketing ROI .

Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Paid Ads / Performance Marketing .
- Robust expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads .
- Experience in lead-generation and conversion-focused campaigns .
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels and performance metrics.
- Experience with GA4, Meta Pixel, conversion tracking and analytics .
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in EdTech, education or high-ticket lead generation will be an advantage.
