Role Description The Owner role at Live With Vitality is a full time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role involves overseeing daily operations of the health collective, including coordinating wellness programs, managing consultant relationships, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality health content and services. The Owner will develop and refine service offerings, monitor participant feedback, and maintain strong community engagement both in person and online.

Responsibilities also include basic financial oversight, marketing collaboration, and compliance with relevant local regulations. The Owner will set strategic priorities, lead small teams or partners, and represent Live With Vitality in local events and partnerships.

Qualifications

- Experience in health, wellness, or lifestyle coaching, with the ability to translate wellness concepts into practical programs and guidance.




- Strong organizational and operational management skills, including scheduling, resource coordination, and basic financial or administrative oversight.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients, collaborators, and consultants, and to build a supportive community environment.
- Background in business management, entrepreneurship, or small business leadership is highly beneficial.
- Comfort with social media, online platforms, and digital communication tools to promote services and share educational content.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad full time and commit to a hands-on leadership role.
- Relevant education or certifications in nutrition, fitness, psychology, or wellness coaching are a plus.
