Role Description The Owner of Harmony Minds Research, Training & Consultancy is responsible for providing strategic direction, overseeing operations, and maintaining the overall vision and mission of the firm. This full-time, on-site role in Bhopal includes leading business development efforts, building partnerships with NGOs and institutions, and securing and managing consultancy, training, and research projects.

Day-to-day responsibilities involve supervising project teams, reviewing research designs and training content, ensuring quality standards, and monitoring financial performance and resource allocation. The Owner will also represent the organization in external meetings, conferences, and stakeholder forums, nurture client relationships, and guide the development of new services and offerings. In addition,



the role includes mentoring staff, promoting a collaborative and inclusive work environment, and ensuring compliance with ethical, legal, and qualified frameworks relevant to social research and consultancy.

Qualifications

- Strong background in social sciences, psychology, social work, or related disciplines, with demonstrated expertise in research, training, or consultancy.
- Experience in leading organizations or programs that work with NGOs, community-based organizations, or international development partners.
- Proficiency in designing, managing, and evaluating social research projects, including use of evidence-based methodologies and analytical approaches.
- Ability to develop and deliver high-impact training programs, workshops, and capacity-building initiatives for diverse audiences.
- Proven skills in strategic planning, business development, stakeholder engagement, and partnership management.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and disciplines.
- Demonstrated competence in organizational management, including budgeting, resource allocation, team leadership, and performance monitoring.
- Commitment to ethical practice, inclusion, gender neutrality, and non-discriminatory policies in all organizational activities.
- Relevant advanced degree (such as Master’s or PhD in psychology, sociology, social work, or related field) preferred, along with substantial professional experience.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bhopal and engage periodically
