Role Description The Owner role at creativeON Hosting Private Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The Owner is responsible for setting the company’s strategic direction, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring that hosting, email, VPS, and dedicated server services meet quality and performance standards. This role includes managing key client relationships, guiding sales and marketing initiatives, and making decisions on technology investments and infrastructure upgrades.

The Owner will supervise cross-functional teams, establish operational processes, and monitor financial performance to support sustainable growth. Daily activities also involve reviewing service metrics, resolving escalated issues, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of web hosting technologies, including shared hosting, VPS, and dedicated servers, with the ability to oversee technical strategy and infrastructure.
- Experience managing business email services, service reliability,



and delivery guarantees in a hosting or IT services environment.
- Proven leadership and people management skills, with experience guiding cross-functional teams and building inclusive, high-performing work environments.
- Business management capabilities, including strategic planning, budgeting, and financial oversight for a technology or services-based business.
- Background in sales, marketing, or business development, with the ability to grow customer accounts and expand market presence.
- Robust problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills, with a focus on service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent entrepreneurial experience is an advantage.
- Prior ownership or senior leadership experience in a hosting, cloud, or IT services company is highly beneficial.
