Role Description The Outreach Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This position is responsible for planning and executing outreach initiatives to promote Law Prep Tutorial’s programs to schools, colleges, coaching centers, and local communities. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with institutional partners, organizing information sessions and events, coordinating promotional campaigns, and tracking outreach activities and outcomes.

The role involves collaborating with sales and academic teams to align messaging, managing public relations activities,



and representing the organization at external events and meetings.

The Outreach

Manager is expected to develop new opportunities for learner engagement and maintain a consistent presence in the local and regional education ecosystem.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Public Relations skills, with the ability to present clearly and engage diverse audiences.
- Experience in Project Management, including planning, executing, and monitoring outreach initiatives.
- Background in Sales and Community Outreach, with a focus on building partnerships and increasing program awareness.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Relevant experience in education, ed-tech, or related fields is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in basic office productivity tools and familiarity with CRM or outreach tracking systems is an advantage.
- Comfort with on-site work in Jaipur and willingness to travel locally for events and partner visits.
