Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced International Outbound Caller to make outbound calls to international prospects and customers, qualify leads, conduct follow-ups, and schedule appointments.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to international clients and prospects.
- Qualify leads and understand customer requirements.
- Conduct follow-ups and maintain lead pipelines.
- Handle objections and communicate professionally.
- Update and manage lead information in CRM systems.
- Meet calling, lead generation, and appointment-setting targets.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of telecalling/telemarketing experience.
- International outbound calling experience is mandatory.
- Fluent spoken English with excellent communication skills.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Valuable computer and internet skills.
- Strong follow-up, persuasion, and customer-handling skills.
- Experience in insurance, real estate, finance, mortgage, or lead generation is preferred.
- Comfortable working with international customers and meeting performance targets.
