Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Orthopaedic Surgeon based at ANSSI Wellness in Thane.

The Orthopaedic

Surgeon will conduct patient consultations, perform detailed musculoskeletal and spinal examinations, review diagnostic imaging, and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with ANSSI’s non-surgical spinal decompression protocols. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with multidisciplinary clinical teams, monitoring patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies, and maintaining accurate medical records. The role also involves educating patients and families about conditions and treatment options,



supporting clinical quality initiatives, and contributing to continuous improvement in patient outcomes and safety.

Qualifications

- Robust foundation in clinical Medicine with proven experience managing musculoskeletal and spinal disorders.
- Specialized expertise in Spine care, including assessment and non-surgical management of spinal pathologies.
- Advanced skills in Orthopedic Surgery and Orthopedics, with the ability to determine when non-surgical approaches are appropriate.
- Competence in Surgery decision-making and pre-/post-operative care, even when emphasizing conservative treatment options.
- Recognized medical degree (MBBS) with completed Orthopaedics specialization (MS/DNB or equivalent) and valid medical registration.
- Experience or strong interest in non-surgical spinal treatments and rehabilitation-focused care.
- Excellent clinical judgment, diagnostic skills, and attention to patient safety and ethical standards.
- Clear, empathetic communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to continuous learning, evidence-based practice, and participation in case discussions or clinical audits.
