About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant specializing in Core HR and Compensation. You will configure, implement and support Oracle Core HR and Compensation modules, working directly with clients to understand their HR processes and deliver solutions that streamline operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements from clients and translate them into functional and technical specifications
- Configure Oracle Core HR: enterprise and organization structures, legal entities, business units, jobs, grades, positions, locations and employee data management
- Configure Oracle Compensation: workforce compensation plans, salary basis, individual compensation, grade ladders and progression, total compensation statements
- Lead or support end-to-end implementations, including fit-gap analysis, design, configuration,
testing (SIT/UAT), data migration and go-live
- Support data loads using HCM Data Loader (HDL) and spreadsheet loaders
- Provide post-go-live support, resolve issues and handle enhancements
- Prepare functional documents, configuration workbooks and user training material
Must-Have Skills
- 6+ years of experience in Oracle HCM, with strong Oracle Cloud Core HR and Compensation expertise
- At least 1 full-cycle implementation in Oracle Cloud Compensation
- Hands-on experience with Workforce Compensation and Individual Compensation plans
- Solid client-facing and requirement-gathering skills
Good-to-Have Skills
- HDL / HSDL data migration
- Fast Formulas
- OTBI / BI Publisher reports
- Exposure to other HCM modules (Absence, Talent, Benefits, Payroll)
- Oracle Cloud HCM certification
