Role & responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

Develop and drive the overall marketing strategy in alignment with business objectives. Build quarterly and annual marketing plans across digital, content, campaigns, events and brand initiatives.

Identify opportunities to improve the brand presence, communication and customer engagement.

Work closely with business heads to understand business priorities and translate them into marketing initiatives.

Bring fresh ideas and continuously evaluate how the organisation can improve its marketing approach.

1. Digital Marketing & Communications

- Own and oversee key digital marketing channels, including:
- Email Marketing: Campaign planning, content, databases, segmentation, execution and performance tracking.
- WhatsApp Marketing: Campaign strategy, communication, audience segmentation and engagement.
- Social Media: Content strategy, monthly calendars, platform management, brand consistency and performance.
- YouTube: Content planning, video strategy, channel management and optimisation.
- Websites: Content updates, landing pages,



SEO coordination and overall digital presence.
- Explore relevant digital platforms and channels that can contribute to brand awareness and business growth.
- The Marketing Manager should be able to understand the purpose and performance of each channelnot simply manage the execution.

1. Content & Brand

- Develop content strategies that effectively communicate the organisation’s engineering capabilities, products, applications and expertise.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity and tone of voice across all communication.
- Work with the Graphic Designer and external agencies/partners to develop high-quality marketing assets.
- Oversee content creation including product communication, case studies, brochures, presentations, videos, newsletters, social media content and corporate communication.
- Translate technical information into communication that is easy for customers and stakeholders to understand.
