We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations Executive to join the Wedding Asia team. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth execution of activities, and working closely with internal teams, vendors, clients, and management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate day-to-day operational activities.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Follow up with vendors, service providers, clients, and internal teams.
- Maintain operational records, reports, trackers, and documentation.
- Monitor task timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
- Assist in planning and execution of events, exhibitions, projects, and other company activities.
- Coordinate logistics, manpower, materials, and other operational requirements.
- Handle day-to-day operational issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
- Prepare regular updates and reports for management.
- Ensure proper communication and follow-up on assigned tasks.




- Support management in implementing operational processes and improving efficiency.
- Maintain professional relationships with vendors, clients, and business partners.
- Perform other operational and coordination duties assigned by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Operations or Management will be an advantage.
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, coordination, administration, events, or a similar role.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Should be proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Willingness to travel or work at events/exhibitions when required.
