Key Responsibilities

- Production &
- Machine Control:

Supervise daily printing, binding, and packaging lines.

- Order &

- Workflow Management:

Streamline order intake from B2B studios and retail clients, prioritizing scheduling to guarantee on-time delivery.

- Inventory &

- Vendor Relations:

Maintain optimal stock levels of specialty papers, cover materials, and consumables while actively reducing material waste.

- Team Leadership: Manage shift schedules, allocate manpower, and train staff across pre-press, printing, and manual artisan departments.

- Collections &

- Cost Control:

Monitor outstanding client balances, ensure timely financial collections, and manage operational budgets to maximize profitability.

Requirements

- Experience: 10+ years of operations or production management experience in any Manufacturing/ Service industries.

- Operations Skills: Familiarity with ERPs, inventory management software, and basic financial tracking.

- Flexibility: Ability to handle high-volume demands calmly during peak seasons.

- Technical Savvy
