Key Responsibilities

- Operational Strategy: Formulate and implement strategies to ensure efficient, high-quality operations.

- Process Optimization: Redesign and maintain processes to boost productivity, quality control, and customer satisfaction.

- Budgeting & Financials: Oversee operational budgets, optimize costs, and allocate resources efficiently.

- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide staff, fostering a team-oriented environment, and setting performance objectives.

- Compliance & Risk: Ensure all company operations comply with local/international laws and manage risks.

- Performance Tracking: Analyze data and prepare reports on operational performance to improve productivity.

- Technology Management: Oversee the implementation of IT systems to enhance productivity.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
