We are looking for an experienced Production & Operations Manager with robust expertise in Sheet Metal Stamping and shop-floor operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day production and shop-floor operations to achieve production, quality, and delivery targets.
Plan and optimize manpower, machine utilization, and production capacity.
Drive productivity improvement, process control, and operational efficiency.
Monitor and improve stamping processes, production output, and overall equipment effectiveness.
Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and standard operating procedures.
Lead and develop production teams while maintaining effective shop-floor discipline.
Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective and continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, PPC, and other functions for smooth operations.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
