OPERATIONS MANAGER – THE VINCENT INN Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day hotel operations and coordinate all departments.
Supervise Front
Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, Kitchen and Banquet operations. Ensure excellent guest service and resolve guest complaints promptly. Monitor staff attendance, discipline, grooming and performance. Drive room, F&B; and banquet revenue through sales and marketing activities.
Handle corporate, banquet and business enquiries and follow-ups. Monitor costs, inventory, wastage and operational efficiency. Ensure implementation of hotel SOPs, safety, hygiene and management policies.
Prepare and review daily operational and revenue reports. Report operational issues and performance directly to management.
Requirements: Hotel Management graduate/diploma with relevant hotel operations experience, robust leadership, communication, sales and problem-solving skills.
