Role Description The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Meerut, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across Apexus-owned brands and consulting projects. This role includes managing outlet performance, ensuring adherence to operational standards, supervising staff schedules, and coordinating with kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain service quality.

The Operations

Manager will monitor key performance metrics, optimize processes, support franchise roll-outs, and drive efficiency in inventory, procurement, and vendor management.



The position also involves collaborating with branding and digital teams to ensure operational readiness for campaigns, implementing SOPs, handling escalations, and supporting expansion plans by setting up and stabilizing new outlets. Regular reporting to leadership on operational performance, risks, and improvement opportunities is a core part of this role.

Qualifications

- Strong operations management skills, including process optimization, SOP implementation, and performance tracking.
- Experience in F&B;, retail, or hospitality operations, with hands-on exposure to outlet management or multi-location oversight.
- People management capabilities, including team supervision, staffing coordination, training, and conflict resolution.
- Competence in basic financial analysis, budgeting, cost control, and vendor or supply chain management.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, branding, and consulting teams to align operations with business goals.
- Solid organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on quality and customer experience.
- Proficiency in using spreadsheets, POS or outlet management systems, and general productivity tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Operations, or a related field; an MBA or similar postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and openness to working extended or flexible hours as needed by F&B; operations.
